*Update based on store response* The quoted price on the tag was $1499 with an additional Black Friday promotion of $200 off. Regardless of your backroom retail financial tactics, as far as what the customer sees you were offering this at $1299. I asked for a reasonable price that was in the range of the price on the tag and the holiday sale, and was dismissed out-of-hand. The salesman told me that the price after the holiday was returning to $1499, so your other math doesn't add up. I didn't ask for an additional $500 off, I asked for $100 off the price you were already going down to. I find it surprising that a store would try to hash something like this out on a public forum. Your response shows that you would rather doubled-down instead of trying to recoup a potential customer.

Unsatisfactory experience with this store. Found a little 3-piece Lazy Boy gem in the back of the store...sold "as is," so in other words its discontinued (and I couldn't find it on the Lazy Boy website). The salesman refused to negotiate the price down a measly $100....or $33.33 per piece. Instead he stood firm on the price, so I walked. What a shame! You threw away an exceptionally happy customer over $100.00!?!
Overall, they did have a good selection, but prices weren't that great. The restroom was heinously gross however...it looked like no one had cleaned it in days. *The store responded that they were busy due to a holiday, but that is no excuse for a disgusting facility...I was there right after they opened on Saturday after Thanksgiving. There was plenty of time to clean.*

This place is awful never buy furniture from them! Me and my wife bought our sectional couch in November of 2016 it came to our house the recliner in them wouldn't shut told them the day they delivered kept getting the run around blaine he salesman is awful call joe leave several messages never returns our phone calls and conveniently every time we call he is "busy" or "with a customer" so you have to leave a message it is the end of March they finally gave us our new piece they deliver it and there is scratch marks all over the back of it say they r going to call us to let us know about when they order it and of course never called! Big surprise! Very unprofessional place no way to run a business and it's now almost April and we still have yet to have our new furniture working! And yet again getting the run around! So Unless you want to deal with Unprofessional People that don't return your phone calls and give you the run around then my suggestion is to take your business elsewhere because these people have no idea how to run a business!

Before deciding to try this store I read the other reviews, and I can see where some other customers had an unreasonable expectations. I fail to see where a small price negotiation is unreasonable. It may be store policy, and if so then fine, but you still lost a sale.
There are a lot of furniture stores in the area, and I recommend you give them a look before coming here.
